Holly Fyffe, Administrative CoordinatorMeet Holly Fyffe! Holly has been a part of the Holmes team since 2012. She maintains accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the payroll system.

Holly’s favorite component of her job is that all her co-workers have the same vision: inspired, detailed, fresh, and purposeful creativity.



We sat down with Holly and asked her a few questions about her role here at Holmes. Here’s what she had to say:

What does a “typical day” look like for you at the office?

Ha! A four-hour whirlwind…Closing orders and reporting for production, sending invoices to our customers, processing PO’s and new bills, payroll, banking, filing taxes, and supporting other various components of Holmes Marketing.

What is the biggest lesson you have learned since working at Holmes?

Everyone knows everyone here in Springfield – any and all news travels fast!

What skills have you gained/perfected while at Holmes?

I have always worked for large corporations. At Holmes, I have gained the skill of wearing many hats for a small business and how important it is to make it all work together.

Who is one of your favorite clients and why?

Sheehan Brothers! They bring cookies :)

What is your favorite memory to date at Holmes?

A beautiful cool morning, Brian had all the doors open, airing out the office and production. Then I hear Carisa screaming at the top of her lungs! I cam rushing in thinking someone was robbing us or attacking her. In fact it was an attack…of a huge bird flying straight for her head!! The bird then tried to fly back out of the building…unsuccessfully…and I volunteered to take the dead prankster to the dumpster. RIP.

Where is one area of your job you have noticed needed improved and how are you working toward improving it daily?

Streamlining invoicing. Currently we have a very special way of invoicing each client per their specific needs. I think we have some ideas in the works to help make this process more efficient internally along with creating a more seamless experience for our clients.
