We are on the hunt for a new member to join our Revenue Team as the Customer Experience Manager. In this role, you will be one of the very first points of contact for existing and future clients through project building, client support, and project management.
As a creative marketing agency, we have found that the best way to ensure project success starts with excellent customer care. Through this position, you will have the opportunity to listen to our client’s needs and work with the Revenue Team to create the best possible solution for that client. You will also have the responsibility of fostering and growing relationships with our current and future clients.
